Calendar Advisor

Leads are people, companies, or business opportunities that have not been confirmed. Teamgate offers tools that allow users to quickly and easily add new leads to their accounts. Intelligent tools warn users instantly if the lead they’ve entered already exists in the system, virtually eliminating instances of duplicates due to human error.

Add leads to your Teamgate account individually or import batches directly from your existing files. Once your leads have been entered into the system, you can customize them based on qualifications. You can also add tags to remember where leads came from. Leads that become qualified can be transferred into a Company and/or Person role without any action necessary.

Sales Pipeline Management

Teamgate’s Sales Pipeline Management module keeps all Deals in a centralized location, where users can easily browse through the latest updates or filter based on specific date ranges. Deals can be dragged-and-dropped into new stages as they progress through the sales lifecycle.

Within your Sales Pipeline, you’ll see a listing of all Deals, as well as a clear view of your overall team performance. Teamgate automatically highlights any areas that need extra work. It also offers intelligent forecasting information, such as estimated deal closing dates or win/loss averages.

Analytics & Reporting

Teamgate plays an integral role within growing sales teams, not just as a CRM solution, but also as a trusted advisor. The web-based platform provides users with a clear visualization of how Leads become Customers, as well as the latest sales opportunities. Looking at the sales funnel, employees should be able to accurately assess how many prospects they have at any given time, as well as how much revenue stands to be gained by every open Deal.

Dig into your analytics and reporting tools to get the most from your Teamgate account. Teamgate’s sales forecasting tool projects long-term and short-term sales performance based on past success rates and sales data. Your team can also create singular goals, which is useful when measuring the performance of individual employees against the larger organization.

Teamgate has really strong lead management - it's visual and simple, you see a lot of information on the main screen, and if you nened some more details, you can just dig deeper into the lead's card.

Cons

You cannot customize the dashboard but I still see pretty much everything I need there, so not a huge problem.
