Great Product, Poor Features

As a CRM alone, it is fantastic. As an all in one CRM software, it just doesn't do it.

Pros

The CRM side of the product is fantastic! The way it totals up your leads in each sector of the pipeline is very neat.

Cons

The emailing section of Overloop is the worst of its competitors. You cannot email more than one person at a time, and just the overall part of emailing is not good.

Hi, Really sorry you didn't find the right feature, especially concerning emailing. Indeed, we are an outbound sales CRM, not an email marketing software. That's the reason why you cannot "blast" thousands of emails to your contacts like you would do with an email marketing software.
