What is Sakari?

Sakari is a cloud-based text messaging platform that helps businesses send SMS confirmations, reminders, alerts, and marketing campaigns to customers. Key features include data encryption, multiple user accounts, contact filtering, group texting, and predefined templates.

Sakari enables users to create rich text messages by adding maps, logos, images, icons, data fields, and call to action buttons. Managers can view messages on a centralized dashboard, send discounts and promotions to new and existing customers, and integrate text messaging into the sales process. Plus, the contact import and group texting features let teams send personalized messages to a filtered list of contacts.

Sakari helps team members keep track of conversations through real-time updates, and synchronizes data with the mobile application, allowing location-independent follow-up and task management. The RESTful SMS API facilitates integration with a range of applications including Salesforce, WooCommerce, Zapier, Mailchimp, Knack, Streak, Intercom, and more.
