Essential to record communications with clients without having to copy & paste them manually. Unforturnately, I had problems with the Chrome integration with Gmail. I had to reinstall it several times and it never worked well. When it works, great!

Tracking sales flow through my business email is very important so I don't have to constantly be jumping platforms and allows my superiors to track my sales.
