If you have any good or bad feelings about any company/business then Trustpilot can be your one of the best selection to express your feelings. I just use this to get exact information and clear concept about a business. I think this website can help you in this specific way.
There are many world-class review platform for any general products, services or company. I know few few of them, for example- SiteJabber, Trustpilot, BBB, Highya etc. But, Trustpilot is one of the best review platform. Because, in Trustpilot I can find lot's of reviews under any businesses or products. That really help me to take decision before buying any products or services from a company. Trustpilot helps by showing Good and Bad reviews in the same place, so it is very easy to compare all the feedbacks and there is less chance to be misguided. Really love this customer review management website very much!
This is honestly a great platform to express customer's feelings about a business. But, sometimes they can put many fake reviews. Though, Trustpilot has the most powerful review filtering system that's why I can not believe all the reviews 100%. But, Trustpilot can give you a clear concept about a business.

There are several platforms I visit when I want to make a choice about a product. Trustpilot is one of my favorites. It's important to know what you're dealing with before you start, especially if it costs you money
There are so many products in our markets these days, I think it's very important to get input from other consumers before making a choice. Trustpilot is one of the platforms that I regularly consult before making a decision about a product. For me, TrustPilot is a great platform where you can collect real customer reviews. You can find reviews on different types of products, physical or software. You can also find different types of reviews and ratings, with the right comments. Moreover, it is easy to use. By typing in the search bar, you can find the product you want. I recommend that anyone who wants to buy a product should check it out

TrustpilotAWFUL experience from start to finish is an understatement! DO NOT USE.1. No onboarding. I was left to figure everything out myself.2. Our account was set up incorrectly under the wrong company as we operate as two entities. It took 1.5 months to get it corrected and the subscription was useless during that time. 3. We were set up with stars instead of written testimonials as we requested....
NOTHING. We got ZERO benefit from Trustpilot. Complete waste of money.
My entire experience was HORRENDOUS from beginning to end. Even after I thought the end was over.

I found it tricky to use, because I have several email addresses, and trustpilot doesn't enable me to link them, thus downgrading my own reputation, which detracts from its value.
What I like most on trustpilot is it enables to make comparitive judgement on similar suppliers, by means of a dashboard style score.
As a consumer, there is little chance to modify or update reviews once they have been made, you can't add a reply, so if the supplier sends you a white widget by mistake, and you ordered a green widget, then supplier makes a false claim, saying we sent you a green widget, there is no continuance of thread.That example could allow occasional complaints to be glossed over, on the other hand, if the company responded and said we're sending a green widget today, and you then wished to edit, or reply and change overall opinion and rating you cannot, again as an end user.

It's been pretty excellent and is a site I recommend to any business looking to gather and monitor reviews about their business or products.
The fact that it's super intuitive and anybody can navigate on it.
The controls are a bit questionable - I think it could be better managed from a UI perspective.

We're working a lot with it, especially to be able to support those customers who had a bad experience with our products or services.
Trustpilot is critical for almost all the companies because of its huge brand awareness.Almost all customers use it both to find information about the satisfaction of their peers about product and services.So companies do not need to invest to "teach" their customer to use it, but they need to invest to keep it monitored and to respond quickly to customer comments and reviews (especially the negative ones).
It can be a "dangerous" tool when it's not monitored properly by companies, especially because its reviews are public and can be seen by all users on the web.It requires a lot of effort.

my experience with GoTo Webinar has been positive. I have used it to host a number of webinars and I have been happy with the results. The platform is easy to use, secure, and customizable. I have also been impressed with the good customer support. So I would recommend Go To Webinar to anyone who is looking for a webinar platform. It is easy to use, secure, and customizable. The customer support is also excellent.
I like a lot of things about GoTo Webinar, but here are a few of my favorites:Ease of use, GoTo Webinar is effortless to use, The interface is intuitive and the features are well-organized &Customization, it allows me to customize my webinars in a number of ways, including the look and feel, the branding, and the content. This allows me to create webinars that are unique and that match my brand &Security, it is a secure platform that uses 256-bit encryption to protect my data. This ensures that my webinars are safe, information is secure &Support, it offers excellent support. If I have any problems, I can contact customer support 24/7 and they will be happy to help me.so I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a webinar platform
here are a few things that I didn't like as much about GoTo Webinar as,The price: GoTo Webinar is a bit on the expensive side, especially for the higher-tier plans. This may be a barrier for some people who are on a budget &The lack of some features, it doesn't offer all of the features that some people might want, such as the ability to live stream webinars or to have multiple presenters &The user interface, The user interface can be a bit clunky and outdated in some places, This can make it difficult to find some features or to navigate the platform. so I would like to see improvements, such as the price and the user interface.

We are a business and we understand the value of good customer experience. I am not writing this out of frustration but cautioning other companies on their neglect towards their customers. I would have cancelled any such agreement in a heartbeat had I known my client didn't get any value and still paid for a year.
The platform itself is very valuable and is a good way for reputation management.
They locked us in a contract where they promised features we weren't eligible for. Paid for a year.At renewal date we tried to cancel and they said renewal was done 2 days ago and now we have to pay another full year because there was a clause in the fine print for auto renewal.Even though I expressed to them multiple times, we were locked in a contract first year and we didn't get any benefit from it, they still didn't care and stopped responding.Extremely pushy to close you on a sales call and no customer service after. Terrible, please do not sign anything with them.

Trustpilot is really very reassuring as a customer. Indeed before buying on a site that I do not know, I always watch reviews on forums and very often I rely on Trustpilot. I look at the note as well as various comments and if I see that the site is reliable then I know that I can buy on the site without regret afterwards. Trustpilot is a trustworthy platform that greatly helps the customer to know whether the site on which one wishes to buy a pair of shoes, clothes or anything else is trustworthy or not!
Trustpilot is really easy to use and has a lot to offer to Internet users. The customer support is really good and the resources are available to help us choose whether the site is trustworthy or not. The review platform is easy to use and it is really easy for a customer like me to leave a review on the platform. Often the reviews are trustworthy and help to get good deals.
Sometimes, there are still some reviews that leave something to be desired and we can think that they are false or fabricated. Therefore, these sometimes negative or fabricated reviews do not convince me and sometimes prevent a good deal when the site was trustworthy but this is really very rare, we must admit!

Trustpilot is unfortunately the most popular choice for customer reviews and therefore is a necessary service for most businesses.
The ability to control unjust negative reviews is extremely limited and therefore leaves many businesses vulnerable to damaging reviews even when they operate to high standards.

Overall Trustpilot has been great to work with. Initially we were hesitant to utilize a service like this, but we agreed to a short trial and before it even ended we were able to realize the value we would be receiving. The customer service/support team has been great to work with. Implementation was quick and painless and we were up and going in no time.
Our experience with Trustpilot has been great. I like the auto-invitation feature that we have integrated with our shopping cart. This allows us to consistently reach out to our customers and ask to share their experiences with others. The platform gives us the ability to see what our customers are saying and respond to their praises or concerns. While there is no way to alter or remove reviews that...
We have not ran into anything with this platform that I would call a con to their system. Sometimes there can be some discrepancy on what is or is not a review that should be removed, but that is just part of it.

Tons of customer reviews daily!
The process in which Trust Pilot solicits reviews is excellent. We receive at least 5 reviews per day. The back end dash board is SO easy to use and navigate. Their customer service is amazing... She helped me create a login for myself and showed me around the back end over the phone. A few months later, she called to tell me about some of the functions that we weren't taking advantage of, which we implemented immediately. They also have a number of apps that help with integration for people who are less tech savvy.
The price is a bit steep, but it has been worth the money for us because it shows our customers that we are collecting reviews from a third party source.

The software has the most robust and versatile integration i've seen compared to any other in the same space, as well as various reporting tools and other key features in their platform. Just as important, they are a Google Approved Ratings Partner, which means that Trustpilot reviews are leveraged by Google and will show on various Ads and Organic search results to help further boost CTR and improve ROI. In my experience, their sales, support, compliance and engineering teams have been more than accommodating in not only addressing our needs, but also working side-by-side with us to help successfully integrate new and unique uses of their product to fit our business.
I would like to see more capabilities and enhancements surrounding review types associated with Services, as they have done with their Product reviews.

I have been using Trustpilot to collect feedback from new customers after using our product. Surely the plug looks good on the company website, where you can see these opinions. However, in Poland, where I used the tool, it is not popular, so people do not check TrustPilot on their own to check opinions about the company / product. That's why we changed to a different tool.
- intuitive - possibility do invite clients to share their opinion
- not popular in PL - very difficult to delete an opinion that is not about your company (I had this situation once when someone described another company, it took weeks to delete this opinion) - I do not know if it is a badly written e-mail from our side, but only a few of our clients wanted to share their opinion after receiving an e-mail encouraging them to do so

Fast response to our customers needs.
I like the fact that I receive emails when our customers post reviews. It allows us to stay on top of our customers needs. We have found that by being responsive, our satisfaction rates increase. Our business is time sensitive, and without the ability to respond timely, we can lose customers. Trust Pilot has been there when we needed them.
It should have the ability to run custom reports on what customers are saying by pulling key words. Other than that, the functionality is great overall.

Overall a good system and worth having for a time to evaluate if it helps sales etc. Can cancel after 1 year and still keep a reviews page. However there is a high costs payable at 1 time for the year
This is a good system for gathering reviews and displaying them on your site/emails etc. Easy setup and implementation to our website. When not subscriber you still have a review page
while its a great system it is not cheap (Although not many review systems are). Still yet to now if they make a big difference to sale yet as this is hard to track. Support is not great as never get emails answered

Dealing with international crypto currency’s sites is intrinsically dangerous, especially in a world of numbers In an account that may not be real. Just clicking on a site can put you at risk from viruses and possibly losing all your data. Those bright green stars are a beacon of security in the dark world of internet hackers.
I spend a lot of time online surfing multiple crypto currency’s websites and not all are considered safe. When investigating each site I look for real addresses and of course the green stars of Trustpilot. The reviews and experiences of the writers are real and not in anyway edited, they are true and can be believed.
At first I was not sure, in the beginning I would see the green stars and think they are paid to promote and have people think a site is safe and reliable. That is the furthest thing from the truth. Finally a platform for real users of a site to say exactly how they feel and what, if any, bad details they want to share. I have no cons, just trust.

Integrations that coincide with our digital marketing strategy, customer support, new features and updates. Trustpilot's recognition and authority in the third party review market makes your good reviews multiply into new customers and higher conversion rates.
If we get an angry customer that is completely misunderstanding the situation and will not sympathize with our resolution process, we cannot remove them from the queue since they've purchased with us. We will take the 1 star even if we've done everything to reach out to the customer before the incident without any way to protect our real star average. If we could submit to TP, proof from our end that it was handled properly to remove the invitation that would be great.

Full disclaimer, we are using the free version of TrustPilot and have been for a year or two. What's great about is the ease of response and snapshot insights that we're able to receive. I like that even with the free account there are some customizations available.
I feel like TrustPilot could be a bit more involved when someone submits multiple reviews about the same issue. Sometimes they'll catch it and note it's not part of the overall score - but other times they don't. Also, if we do a request for more information from the poster and they don't respond, it doesn't give us any avenue to address their concerns and the review should be removed in my opinion. I don't bother to fight these as TrustPilot is not our main review platform, but if it was this would definitely be more cause for concern.
