Pros and cons

Is user friendly, very simple to use, the maintenance technicians say it os very user friendly and a very good tool for daily corrective and preventive maintenance.
I love the customisation that is available with Infraspeak, it allows you to really tailor the product to suit your specific environment.
If a technical issue has arisen the relevant technical side has been expedient, knowledgable and professional. All in all a very positive investment into the right software and company.
The lack of possability of automaticly associate equipements to the corrective anomalies. Gives preference to localization instead of equipments.
Every thing that we found that doesn't work as we wanted to work they manage to sort the problem.
The platform is not always the most intuitive when it comes to managing tasks and projects. It can be difficult to understand and navigate at times.

Great Software Package - Lots of training and support avaliable

I have had 4 months of experience with the software and it's very easy to understand and well supported for all day-to-day tasks.

Pros

Having individuals on hand in the support team to resolve issues helps you when you are stuck.Live updates are very important so that you can check how staff are getting on and meeting expectations.

Cons

Some features do seem to double up a bit, I am not sure when I put a job order into the calendar why it does not auto populate to the planner at the same time, even if in a different colour to show it is not confirmed.

Looking for a propper active management system

Infraspeak had great impact on our daily activity, making everything so much organized, fast end effective.

Pros

It's flexibility nd capacity to adapt to our needs and Infraspeak's constant development according to costummers requirements.

Cons

The capacity to grant access to information to our costummers. We can report them everything but they cannot see important info in real time, using an app for instance.

We have been signed up for more than 2 years and it has increase our efficiency and has decreased the use of paper (very sustainable).

Customer support has been the most positive factor about Infraspeak I must say. I am completely new to this area, to this system and [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has gone out of his way to help me adapt to the system and get to know its potential, clear doubts. Thank you for such amazing support.

Pros

This software has made our life simpler, more organized and controlled in terms of reporting. We can identify needs, problems and act on them as soon as possible.

Cons

I am still getting to know the software, but one thing that would help in our daily organization is to be able to print the weekly planners and I also believe that more can be done in terms of reporting.

Ferramenta Fundamental!

Ferramenta de trabalho que usamos diariamente e nos permite um registo eclético e organizado de informação, acessível e facilmente pesquisável. Permite uma ampla comunicação entre diferentes agentes das tarefas a executar; Diminuiu o tempo dispensado em tarefas administrativas.Já não nos vemos a trabalhar sem Infraspeak.

Pros

Intuitivo e fácil de utilizar, sempre a evoluir e complementar as necessidades dos clientes adaptando-se a todas as circunstâncias do dia a dia.

Cons

O defeito do Infraspeak é que nos apanha sempre de surpresa com constantes informações de melhorias, estamos sempre à espera do que vão desenvolver a seguir.

Piedra angular para crecer en nuestra gestión de activos y mantenimiento.

Totalmente positiva, software muy completo y con un buen equipo detrás que no solo te va guiando en cada paso si no que te estimula a avanzar para aprovechar todas las posibilidades del programa. Así mismo siempre están abiertos a buscar posibles integraciones que faciliten y completen la gestión del día a día y de tus activos.

Pros

Sin duda lo que más hemos apreciado del software es su facilidad para comenzar a utilizarlo. Permite hacer una implantación por etapas de forma que desde el primer momento puedes gestionar los trabajos, visualizar resultados y avances y, esto mismo…casi por intuición, te va señalando cuáles deben ser los siguientes pasos. Con una pequeña base inicial te permite ir a tu ritmo, pues ir marcándote objetivos y el equipo de Infraspeak para tu implantación siempre está a tu lado para ayudar, proponer y guiarte a conseguir los hitos fijados. El programa es muy versátil y se adapta a todo tipo de modelo de operación/ gestión.

Cons

Ya sea por necesidades específicas nuestras o por estructura del programa, la generación de informes y análisis es el punto que más lejos está de nuestras expectativas, no por que no proporcione datos ( qué proporciona TODOS) más bien por no conseguir de forma más “amigable” informes que nos sean útiles para nuestros propósitos y necesidades. En cualquier caso, estoy seguro y confiado que el equipo de Infraspeak nos va a ayudar también en este punto.

Más que una solución integral de mantenimiento

A pesar del poco tiempo que llevamos trabajando con el sistema, a penas tres meses, hemos podido trabajar de una manera eficaz y ágil. Comprobando las ventajas que ofrece para el tratamiento de información de activos y para tener organizada toda la documentación de locales..etc. Por otro lado, el trato recibido por parte de los técnicos, comerciales, del sistema ha sido impecable. Nos han ayudado en todas nuestras dudas, con rapidez y aportando soluciones prácticas a las cuestiones planteadas.

Pros

El sistema ofrece muchas posibilidades, no es simplemente un gestor de ordenes de trabajo. Es intuitivo y fácilmente adaptable al propio sistema de trabajo de cada empresa. Tiene muchas opciones (informes, características del trabajo, etc..) que puedes elegir, para que se ajuste a lo que cada usuario necesita. No sólo puedes manejar tu flujo de trabajo, si no tus almacenes, así como controlar trabajo con empresas externas con las que colaboras.

Cons

A día de hoy, no tenemos el suficiente tiempo de utilización del sistema como para comentar lo que menos nos gusta. Seguro que con el tiempo veremos cosas, que no es que no nos gusten, si no que Infraspeak puede implementar.

Ferramenta indispensável para a gestão de manutenção

Utilizamos a ferramenta para a gestão da equipe, serviços e clientes nas áreas de manutenção mecânica em ambientes médico-hospitalares e também de auditorias de sistema mecânicos e de segurança e combate a incêndio médico-hospitalares, industriais e comerciais.

Pros

A interface do software é amigável, tanto para a equipe técnica que acessa os sistema por smartphone, quanto para os gestores e clientes da nossa empresa. A solução apresentada pelo software ultrapassa a relação cliente (usuário) e desenvolvedor (Infraspeak), pois a equipe de suporte e pós venda tem nos auxiliado na implementação e uso da solução e buscado esclarecer as nossas dúvidas e demandas com muita agilidade.

Cons

Até o momento, nossa equipe não tem críticas.

A Melhor solução para tudo o que preciso

Se antes já gostava do que fazia, hoje, com a facilidade e com as opções que o sistema me dá, não podeia estar mais contente no final de um dia de trabalho.

Pros

A variedade de leituras possíveis a cada click feito. Nós, Facility Manages vivemos de cálculos e históricos e, com o Infraspeak, nada fica ao acaso. Cada input dado pelo técnico, permite-nos ter uma análise mensal ou anual isenta e real. Para além disso, ter todo o PMP, avarias e todo o parque de equipamentos inserido na plataforma, penso ser o que todo o gestor de manutenção pode querer.

Cons

Para já, e ao fim de 6 anos de utilização, nada!

Simples de utilizar, muito fácil de personalizar e bastante versátil, uptime de 99,9%, suporte sempre disponível com técnicos qualificados e com experiência na implementação do sistema, aplicação mobile é muito user firendly e intuitiva com uma explicação de 10 minutos os utilizadores estão habilitados a utilizar a aplicação sem problemas. Fácil integração com outros sistemas existentes.

Cons

Falta de integração a 100% com equipamentos Apple.

Infraspeak já faz parte da minha rotina no hotel

O melhor desta plataforma sem dúvida é o costumer service. Muito atenciosos, sempre disponíveis, sempre com soluções. A nível de implementação tivemos muita formação, e continuamos com feedback calls desde então.

Pros

O sistema é muito fácil de usar, funciona bastante bem, e a nível de imagem é apelativo também. A aplicação no telemóvel é rápida, mesmo com imagens e textos. Conseguimos fazer um ótimo tracking de avarias pendentes, trabalhos por fazer e auditorias também. Com este software conseguimos cumprir todos os standards exigidos pela InterContinental.

Cons

Não há nada que não goste no Infraspeak. Todos os pontos em que pedimos ajuda,arranjam-nos soluções.
