Wrike provides its users with streaming activity feeds that look and function similarly to Facebook newsfeeds. Activity feeds are populated by the tasks that have been assigned to employees or created by them. Users can filter their feeds to remove extraneous tasks that involve unrelated departments, or they can comment on specific items within their feeds to share their points of view.
To share your thoughts and ideas with colleagues, simply type those thoughts into the box atop your activity feed. Your comments will appear in the activity feed for every user at your organization. To make your comments even more impactful, you can attach files, as well.
Dynamic Gantt charts help users visualize plans and projects in real-time. Wrike automatically converts project schedules into interactive Gantt charts. As new milestones are added and tasks are rescheduled, users can adjust dependencies to ensure their timelines stay on track. Team notifications are automatically sent out whenever adjustments to a Gantt chart are made.
To review a timeline as a dynamic Gantt chart, click on the folder panel and the “Timeline” icon at the top of the page. When you look at your Gantt chart, you’ll notice that completed tasks show up in green, overdue tasks show up in red, and active tasks show up in blue. You can convert any task into a milestone on your Gantt chart by clicking the “Convert into milestone” link. This removes the start date and duration from the task.
Distributing files via email is a process that is wrought with complications and prone to error. Instead of relying on email, Wrike encourages users to upload files into the cloud. Files are connected to individual tasks, and they can be edited online without having to be downloaded first. This ensures that the most recent version of any file is always available for the group to see.
To attach a file to a task or folder, click the paperclip icon and tell Wrike where the file is coming from. Wrike lets you upload files from your computer, along with Google Drive, Dropbox, and Box. Once your file has been uploaded, you can work on it with colleagues using Wrike’s version control tools.
Without knowing how many hours a group has spent working on a particular task, it’s virtually impossible for managers to accurately bill their clients. Wrike provides users with time tracking tools that can be used to track the minutes and hours spent working on individual tasks. Users can also create reports based on the time spent working on groups of tasks.
To create a time report, click on a task and then start the timer. When you’ve completed the task or decided to take a break, pause the timer. Wrike allows you to add detailed explanations of what you were working on. These entries are then added to your time logs.
Using Wrike’s workload management feature, managers can create interactive charts to monitor their teams’ workloads and adjust schedules or allocations when necessary. Workload management tools help users handle resources that are in flux, and ultimately lead groups to work together more seamlessly.
To see your team’s workload, click on the project folder and the person icon at the top of the page. The interactive chart you see is your workload management schedule. The names of each team member will appear next to that person’s upcoming tasks. You can focus on specific times or days by adjusting the zoom level.

Sometimes the process and interface just seem too complicated. that said, the tool does a good job with projects and task management and even time tracking.
Pros
Great if you have freelancers or others outside. The mobile app is pretty good too.
Cons
The UI is sometimes overcomplicated.

The pricing model is very restrictive and you are required to go into some unknown pricing model once you hit more than 15 users, which is quite small and means this is probably not the tool for an agency with a large team.
Pros
The Gantt chart is amazing and very handy as a project management tool and good for scheduling.
Cons
So it is little bit hard to track the progress of the projects.

Wrike is excellent for prioritizing and tracking progress tasks.
Pros
The way wirke has designed notifications is great: the notifications are obvious but not in the way of the getting other work done.
Cons
I'm not sure that the "my work" section is an effective or a good use of the dashboard space, at least for how we're using this tool.

This is an excellent project management tool that allows you to keep track of a variety of tasks, projects and by department on client.
Pros
Easy to learn, customize and creates efficiencies with a variety of in-tool options like duplicating tasks (helps us a lot because of reoccurring task/project types).
Cons
Doesn't have time allotment to apply to tasks or help with scheduling projects by departments due to this.

I have used this manager in projects that require extensive journalistic research, and in which it is necessary to keep track of the tasks to be performed, the results have been successful
Pros
Lighten communication between the members of the work team, spend your time tracking tasks with the tools it offers: assignment of tasks, notifications, sending reminders, the breakdown of projects you can reach is incredibly useful for monitoring , shows timelines, I have even exported the results to excel to present progress reports and results
Cons
It takes time to learn how to use it, for some the interface may not be very easy to use, so it costs a bit to integrate the entire team in the optimal use of the tool

Examples, time tracking requires a user license so collaborators cant track time, you dont want collaborators to have user licenses because you don't want them to be able to create/edit tasks.

You still need to have project management fundamentals for it to work.
It helps you not let the ball dropped.
Pros
You can also log your working hours along with description of what you done (Your part of project) You can create tasks under each project and sub task under each task and share them with appropriate team.
Cons
If task or project is not shared with you, you can't access it and cannot request the owner of task to share it with you if you don't know who is task manager.

Pros
Wrike allows you to create projects and tasks, then display in a number of formats such as board, gantt, or lists.
Cons
Based on the competition and features offered, the pricing for Wrike lands on the high side for Business, which is where most of the compelling features reside (i.e. time tracking, SFDC integration). There's also no in-app chat.

It's UI is a bit clunky at times and it's customization abilities can be a bit confusing, but overall it's a great project management resource for teams.
Pros
Wrike is a robust platform that allows you and your team to keep track of projects, work on projects together, and plan tasks in advance.
Cons
Not only do you need to be careful that you're tweaking your own dashboard and not a team one, BUT you then also need to configure your personal dashboard to receive team updates.

The Wrike app is perfect for anybody who can't always be in front of their computer but needs to stay on top of team projects and/or their own tasks. Keep your team or yourself organized.
A great tool for working on multiple projects, especially if you collaborate with foreign partners
In the process of re-imagining collaboration tools, many systems forget that some of the tried and true core task management methodologies like waterfall or Gantt charts are actually based on tried and true functionality and merely need to be enhanced, not replaced.
Pros
Real-time interactions and updates Communications focused Intuitive and full-featured mobile app Most of the critical 3rd party integrations are in place
Cons
System can lag on loads from time to time and requires a hard browser refresh (may be time for some code clean-up) Chrome browser extension has some quirks that could be improved (like not deleting your notes if switching tabs before submitting the task) Could have more customization of look and feel perspective to make it feel more like a part of each company
