love worktango, but liked the old name better

We were looking for a platform that with more features than our previous which only had surveys.  Our employees love recognizing their peers and being able to "give" and earn points.  Its great that they can redeem for items that are meaningful to them.

The Most Rewarding Software to Boost the employees

It gave me the opportunity to recognize anyone even halfway across the globe and made them feel extra special by doing so. It puts another meaning and has been a tool for showing appreciation towards others in a different meaningful way.

Has been a wonderful tool for employee engagement and recognition. I would recommend possibly adding the option of increasing more than just 3 selections for core values
