Hyper reactive & friendly team ! Tool easy to use (especially for end users) yet powerful with a lot of flexibility.
Would be interesting to have more features to easily customize the visual look of the tool.

La facilité d'utilisation de mise en oeuvre du produit me permet de répondre à plus de 90% des demandes utilisateurs, tout en donnant une vision stratégique pour les comités de pilotage ou de Direction. Je vois cet outil comme élément fédérateur et agrégateur au sein d'une entrprise. La facilité d'utilisation permet une agilité très importante, notamment pour créer de nouvelles fonctionnalités et les faire valider. Les bonnes pratiques d'une approche qualité avec ses phases de tests, de pré-production et de production permettront d'avoir un outil à la hauteur de ses ambitions.
Les points forts d'ITEROP sont à la fois la simplicité d'utilisation, moyennant une formation de quelques jours, mais également un potentiel de réalisation d'applications à haute valeur ajoutée. ITEROP propose un produit utilisable en démonstration en ligne, donc vite accessible. On peut, sans être expert BPM ou javascript, bâtir un premier workflow simple et utilisable. ITEROP permet de faire, avec de la pratique, des applications complexes à la hauteur des exigences les plus fortes, avec des workflows intra-entreprise, extra-entreprise, des interactions avec des fournisseurs de services externes (stockage de fichiers, CRM, base de données), et un système de tableaux de bord basés sur les indicateurs que l'on développe dans les workflows.
Les processus dans les télécommunications sont complexes et nécessitent des interactions fortes avec des services en ligne de type REST. Cette forte complexité tutoie les limites de performances de l'outil ITEROP. L'interface utilisateur, adaptée pour toute population technique, l'est moins pour des utilisateurs de type Grand Public. Ces points sont remontés à ITEROP et des solutions seront probablement intégrées dans les versions à venir.

I am using iterop whenever I have a business process that need interactions with different type of users that do not share the same organisation and/or skills.
This product has a quality driven approch, therefore, when you develop or run the processes, you know that everything is registered and you can go back or have the data to investigate. This is an important criteria when I have to propose a reliable solution to a customer. I use it to make the backoffice implementation of the customer business processes, having the confidence that no data will be lost for the customer business. The interfaces available allow to integrate and interact easily with others applications (REST, Mail...), it also have its own API to allow interconnection with others applications. The script tasks are very useful to make dedicated treatment. The dev support is very well done and rapid to provide you answers.
For the project, the implementation choice has been taken to restrict the use of the user interface and mainly dedicate the product to the back-office work.

Iterop me permet de standardiser des process, les suivre à la trace et avoir un backlog très précis de qui a fait quoi et quand, soulager l'utilisateur final dans sa charge de travail (tout particulièrement sur les mails et le suivi de KPIs).
La possibilité grâce aux tâches de Script de pousser la complexité des process pour se rapprocher le plus possible du réel. L'adaptation Desktop <-> Mobile des formulaires qui se fait automatiquement est très appréciable aussi.
Le logiciel bien que présenté et disposant de beaucoup de fonctionnalités user-friendly s'avère au final assez complexe à utiliser de manière optimal. Si le process à modéliser est simple et ne dispose pas de ramifications complexes alors le travail nécessité est très léger mais dès lors que l'on rentre dans des process plus complexes avec de nombreux acteurs la charge de travail pour créer, maintenir et améliorer le process augmente de manière exponentielle nécessitant quasiment des personnes à temps plein dessus. Le débuggage de tâche de script est vraiment un point négatif (localisation des bugs compliqués).

This product is really easy to use and intuitive ! Lots of basic functionalities are accessible to the begginers. On the other hand, if you're curious or if you need to look deeper into options the support team will have a real pleasure to guide you !
Maybe provide in tutorials more complex configuration process models to evaluate the range of possibilities.
