User opinions about HubSpot CRM price and value

Value for money rating:

Of 163 reviews that provide robust commentary on HubSpot CRM's price and value, 53% mention it in a positive light.

Reviewers indicate that HubSpot CRM offers a free version with essential features, making it an attractive option for startups and small businesses with limited budgets. They appreciate the ability to manage contacts, track emails, and customize sales pipelines without incurring costs. Some users say the free version provides a good introduction to the platform, allowing businesses to scale up to paid plans as they grow. They find the tiered subscription model flexible, enabling them to choose plans that fit their budget and needs. However, some reviewers feel that the cost of advanced features and higher-tier plans can be steep and may not be justifiable for smaller businesses. They report that the pricing structure can be complex and upgrading to access more functionalities can be expensive. Users think that while the free version is beneficial, the limitations in features can be a drawback, and the jump to paid plans is significant. Some reviewers feel that the lack of mid-tier options and the high cost of advanced features can be prohibitive for budget-conscious users.

Integration rating: 4.8 (68)

It is extremely important for me so I can track my email and other communications and relevant information about my customer base.

It is extremely important that our emails are tracked so that we, and other users, can see our contact with prospects/clients.

Sending and receiving emails and updates on clients is a must. This way, I can monitor all chats and conversations with ease.

I use my Gsuite to email all the leads from Hubspot. Literally one touch emails using the 5 templates it allowed me to add.

I use Gmail daily, and some days I don't open Hubspot, so getting an e-mail reminder for a task is crucial.

It helps me capture leads and prospects as well as maintain my email conversations with them and clients

Integrating HubSpot CRM with Gmail allows our Director to use the HubSpot Email Management.

It was good to integrate with Gmail and it worked perefectly and it was surprising.

Using templates saves time while enabling the team to send personalized emails.

Being able to sync my calendar and inbox directly with the contact and task management features in Hubspot is useful for tracking interactions without having to spend the time inputting that data manually

There we have a lot of critical information about the relation with the customers and projects.

It is important when it comes to time management. I dislike when it duplicates contacts.

To keep track of all communications without having to manually enter every interaction!

We are using zapier to parse the Live Chat data that is being sent to our email ( connected with Hubspot CRM) and then we send it to our other platforms.

It allows you to integrate with any other software system that has the capability of exporting data.

Zapier Integration is important for automation, I personally recommend my clients to use this.

Zapier saved me so much time and headache in connecting together different web apps.

Manager

“It is economical and lightweight, and allowed us to get going with a CRM very quickly and ensure our customer data was kept up to date from early on. Though HubSpot has a long way to go before it replaces Salesforce as a fully fledged CRM ecosystem, it certainly is on the way there, and a perfect solution for smaller businesses who can't quite afford Salesforce's much higher price tag. If your business and its customer data is not very complex and you need a simple and reliable CRM to manage it, then HubSpot is for you. If you require your customer data to work with a more complex wider ecosystem of software, from Finance to HR, then HubSpot isn't quite there yet, so best to go for something more established and developed.”
