Overall, I am pretty happy with ChannelMix as a way to bring my clients' marketing spend and performance from different ad platforms together in one place.

Pros

I like that ChannelMix allows me and to bring together data from my clients' various marketing channels into one cohesive database. I use ChannelMix with Tableau and it's extremely helpful. The online written support is fairly comprehensive. ChannelMix also has a responsive support team, which is great.

Cons

The user interface could be more intuitive, and it's downright difficult to find certain options within the site. Sometimes, support tickets take longer than they should to get resolved.
