There is a helpful chat box for each open file and the feature to add comments to a document is great.

Cons

The chat box is very unobtrusive, but this means that I often miss when someone is using it, unless I am specifically looking for it.

Affordable price, easy administration, Android for Work feature, collaboration, Inbox by Google, customer support, integration with third party software.

Cons

Sometimes it feels overwhelming since there are so many features and settings and there is a learning curve for some people to adopt Google Apps (claim that it doesn't look as professional as alternatives).

Cons

Hangout chat is supposed to be better but we have ended up using our existing third party group communication tool. 4) Mobile Apps do not always sync in real time - When syncing between mobile apps and the web apps, at times, documents do not show up as they were created.

If you have multiple team members, upgrading from normal gmail is a must because of the upgraded security and control features (eg team wide etc).

- Tons of functionality to get work done - Fast, cheap, and powerful - Easy to set up - Lots of flexibility to connect to platforms like Zapier and IFTTT

Document sharing and collaboration and the ability to link to files from almost anywhere makes this a no-brainer for most businesses.

Pros

G suite integrates with almost everything and offers a comprehensive solution to messaging, calendaring, document, spreadsheet and presentation collaboration. Working collaboratively internally allows us to avoid costly file servers or the risk of file corruption when multiple people edit and save a file at the same time.

Cons

While the documents, sheet and presentation software lack a little bit from their Microsoft based counterparts, I am willing to deal with this because the ease of collaboration.

Creating new account, changing domain setting/themes and changing configuration is very easy in the dashboard. One can write a document or create a spreadsheet in drive, share it via gmail, and schedule a meeting to talk about it via Google Calendar.
