Great suite for collaboration, office work and simple document management...

Pros

Great integration with calendar, notes, Google keep and many other services helps a with organizing our team, as well as having most of our documents and important data on the go, with our mobile phones, no matter of the brand or even mobile OS.

Cons

Whenever you have any kind of problem, you have really good knowledge base, but it is almost impossible to get in touch with live person to discuss specific problems. Everything is automatized, maybe even more than it should be.

We all prefer it over Microsoft because of the ease of collaborating and accessing files

Pros

I love how simple the user interface is. Docs, Sheets, and Slides look similar to Microsoft platforms, so there is a familiarity there.

Cons

There are, however, 3rd party platforms that integrate with G Suite that you can use

Smooth workflow from calendar events to chat and meet communications, and collaboration through docs, slides, sheets, jamboard, drive - feels natural and comfortable.

Cons

Great platform for working remotely

We are sharing documents on the go and cloud storage has been great for collaborations. The teams have video conferences and we manage our projects remotely using g-suite.

Pros

The communications have also improved and the collaborations with G suite in team is amazing.

You can also set access levels and permissions to different Shared Drives(file directories) based on user accounts.

Pros

The ease with which users can be created and managed within the domain. Alerting users to their new accounts is easy and most people are familiar with the Gmail interface.

Cons

Understanding some of the ways certain features are enabled or disabled is not so easy to see without technical support from Google.

It also allowed us to streamline collaboration and file sharing between remote employees as well as with customers.

Pros

After years of dealing with Exchange servers, Outlook pst files, etc... moving to G Suite made me feel as if a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders.

Cons

Large Google branding and colors are not really needed, I would settle for a "Powered by Google" tag or something similar.

Pros

It's a perfect place for small businesses to store all of their documents, presentations, files, etc. in one easily accessible place.

Cons

It becomes more difficult to use once your business begins to grow in the sense that there needs to be a resource dedicated to organizing, designating security and access, and keeping things up to date.

one of the benefits has been the fast handling of files, I can edit my files while I am traveling or if it requires certain modifications I can do from my home and send quickly to work, also with its graphic tools make the documents have better presence and with the proper use of the whole package you can achieve very solid and understandable reports.

G Suite provided a good help for the management of digital files, the suite suite guarantees the transport of documents, from any mobile operator we can access, google and all its complements working together are a solid help for our virtual world, it is easy to access and storage very reliable your cloud system gives us a lot of security and above all confidence.

Cons

is not that I dislike but I think that its n compatibility with other operators takes away users is to say that users who use hotmail can not access this tool because it is not compatible, the same happens with a user of linux and others.

Cons

My experience with google workspace so far is good. I love that I can sync all platforms and the accessibility of features .

Pros

Google workspace it multifaceted and has very many tools that make document management and sharing easy. It is a one stop shop to create, edit and share documents in various formats.

Cons

So far I am yet to find anything to hate or dislike on google workspace although I would wish that an offline access feature be added for areas that internet connection is not strong.

Pros

Collaboration is easy and reliable.

Cons

The Mac Drive Stream client is convenient, but a resource hog. Often, my laptop fans will spin up to full blast, and that is usually the culprit.

A solid set of business tools that enables very easy collaboration.

Pros

Easy to share and collaborate on documents Ability to import and export documents in multiple formats Reliable file storage Virtual email addresses (where multiple people can see and reply to the same incoming email)

Cons

Spam handling is broken, and has been for a long time. Link to approve or reject a message actually leads to a 404 page in my case Support is very hard to reach and it mostly just replies with copy-paste messages, without solving anything as is the case with any Google product
