Pipeliner CRM overview

What is Pipeliner CRM?

Pipeliner CRM drives exceptional user engagement through its sales-friendly interface. With its uniform navigation and visual approach, users can learn the system quickly which drives high adoption rates and faster ROI. Plus users can easily customize what they see to make the system their own.

Pipeliner’s administration backend is also visual and easy to use with drag ‘n drop, in-line editing and other non-technical tools. A key differentiator is that Pipeliner does not require a fulltime admin or expensive certified technical resources.

There is also a very powerful reporting engine built-into the product which allows reports to be generated from any view or area within the system. There are multiple types of reports available from standard to pivot to advanced and graphical dashboards.

At Pipeliner there is a strong belief in focusing on core competencies which is why Pipeliner delivers the best in sales force automation and then provides an easy and seamless way for customers to integrate with other best of breed systems like Ticketing or Marketing Automation or any other system a customer may be using. Pipeliner also provides many “Automation Add-ins” that automate routine tasks that would require manual intervention in other systems.

The Pipeliner Mobile CRM App is the most advanced on the market and the only one with the built-in Artifical Intelligence engine, Voyager. With location and mapping features, voice to text, business card scanning and more, the mobile app enables real efficiency on the go.

Pipeliner CRM - Customer Success Platform built on Principles by Sales Professionals for Sales Professionals

Reviewed 2015-11-12
Review Source: GetApp

Salespeople are a rare breed. They love meeting and/or talking to customers all the time. For them, productivity is measured in terms of number of deals closed every month. They are the entrepreneurs within the organization. They think the company runs successfully because of them. And they are simply right. They have no time to do data entry. They simply do not have the time to follow cumbersome procedures. They want a CRM product that simply thinks like they do. And Pipeliner fits the bill perfectly. I am yet to see a product that is crafted for the Salespeople. As a salesperson, I am in love with Pipeliner, the CRM Software that made me fall in love with Sales again.

Pros
Ease of Use Integration with Apps that you use Visualization of Sales stages No expert skills required Lets you focus on the right leads at the right time Always available on the cloud and on your mobile devices [Android, iOS apps] - whether you are connected or not. Auto Syncing once you are connected. There are no multiple editions to choose from. Single edition and you get all the features at one low price. Over a 3 year period, you will pay 50% less than the popular cloud app [that tries to do everything under the sun completely ignoring the very purpose with which the company was started or what their name means]. Whereas Pipeliner is built for the Sales Force. To empower them in true sense. What's more? You would have achieved more sales than if you use the popular cloud app. And cultivated happy customers for life. Do you want more sales ? Do you want to manage your sales leads with utmost sophistication ? Do you want to make sure your sales people focus on the right clients at the right time ? Do you want to see your pipelines visually ? Do you want instant intelligence on everything about Sales at your fingertips ? Do you want your sales people to fall in love with Sales again ? The answer is "Pipeliner CRM". Go for it. You will NOT have any regrets.

Cons
Nothing whatsoever. I have no complaints at all.

Pros
Pipeliner CRM system is very visual and easy to navigate. The visual Pipeliner makes it easy to track and manage the different stages of your project pipelines! The Navigator feature gives an instant visual update on what indicators are lagging and progress vs sales targets.

Cons
There is not much to dislike with this software. Initial set up can take a little effort (no more that others), but once complete little effort is required to maintain and use this program.

If I work alone in my own company really good, if not I would look for another option.

Pros
From a sales point of view it was really easy to use the pipeline and forecast as well as setting future tasks

Cons
Really bad experience or no MKT tools, reporting is not a strength of this product either which make it useless.

Pipeliner CRM is a software that I have used for my business over a period of time, and I can testify that it is quite easy and cheaper to use than other softwares for CRM. The quality and durability is immeasurable and very refined. It can track and save lead information that can help you generate sales.

Pros
I like almost everything about CRM Pipeliner, but I love it mostly because it's easy to use, and its quality is unquantifiable. So, Pipeliner CRM is the kind of CRM that I recommend for anyone who wishes to be successful in his sales activities and digital marketing in general.

Cons
What I like least about the Pipeliner CRM is the clip tool that enables user to save lead generated from the internet websites.

Built with specifically the sales team in mind, Pipeliner CRM is unique in its focus on sales – from a visual, single-screen orientation of the sales pipeline to a comprehensive series of features supporting lead, contact, account and opportunity management.

Pipeliner CRM supports social selling with Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google+ integrations, allowing you to view and interact with your accounts and contacts in social environments. You can add pertinent information, share relevant or curated links, or reach out to strengthen the relationship, and Pipeliner CRM gives you shared connections for a richer view of your network and how it fits together.

Pipeliner CRM is for sales managers and their teams of sales professionals, and caters to small and medium-sized businesses across various industries. Its main features include lead management, sales pipeline view, accounts and contacts, feeds and activity trails, and in-depth reporting.

What is Pipeliner CRM?

CRM (customer relationship management) software as a sales and marketing tool has fast become a business staple, and Pipeliner CRM, with its interactive visualization tools, enables sales people to gain actionable insights into their sales pipelines at the shortest possible time.

Integration with commonly used tools like Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, Google Tasks and Calendar enables an intuitive flow of information throughout the system, reducing data entry needs. Fields and forms customization can be done to match your workflow, and the app can be used anytime, anywhere – even without Internet connection.

Who is Pipeliner CRM For?

Pipeliner CRM serves sales professionals from spaces such as health care, advertising, investment banking, legal, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, private equity and venture capital, real estate and mortgage, information technology, transportation, telecommunications, entertainment and leisure, financial services, consulting, and energy, among others.

Job titles include the Sales Manager, Sales Director, VP of Sales, Account Executive, Sales Representative and Business Development Manager. Two of Pipeliner CRM’s prominent customers are Cognisco and Juniper Systems.

Main Features

Sales Pipeline View

Once logged in to Pipeliner CRM, you are immediately given a visual of your sales pipeline – qualifying a prospect, turning a lead into a sales opportunity, and all other necessary stages to finally make a sale. The data is updated and in real time, allowing you to focus on tasks and activities with the best possible impact on your results. Even your target goals are there, easily understandable and actionable.

Leads and opportunities can be dragged and dropped from one stage to another to reflect their actual placement in the sales pipeline. The Buying Center panel, which can be accessed by double-clicking on an item in the Pipeline or Leads pane, contains an organizational chart showing the key people instrumental in accelerating the forward movement of the sales process.

Lead Management

Lead management is a vital sales and marketing process, as data generated from the process are key to effectively gauging the efficiency of a team’s sales and marketing efforts.

The Pipeliner CRM Leads section contains data on both open and lost leads, and allows sales people to create new leads or import them from a CSV file. You can also change or release ownership of a lead and take unassigned ones. Lost leads can be opened for review, reinstated or deleted permanently. Pipeliner’s “archive” capabilities affords sales professionals the ability to never lose anything even if it isn’t in the current view.

Accounts and Contacts

With Pipeliner CRM, accounts, contacts, leads and opportunities all work hand in hand to make the sales process more efficient. Locate and click on the Accts & Contacts icon in the navigation bar and you’ll be taken to a summary page containing all your existing accounts and contacts.

Hovering your mouse over an item gives you a popup containing information such as upcoming activity, last activity and last message. A double-click takes you to a window with more comprehensive account/contact details such as open/won/lost opportunities, appointments, calls and tasks, activity feeds that can be sorted by date modified or created, documents, and notes. This is also where you add, edit or remove account/contact information.

Activity and Feed Trails

Pipeliner CRM isn’t just about account and sales management, it covers task management and team collaboration, too. It allows you to create, assign and share tasks with other sales professionals in your team. Aside from managing and tracking activities, you can schedule appointments, set reminders, create status updates and real-time activity alerts, and generate activity reports based on pre-defined criteria.

Pipeliner CRM is fully integrated with Outlook, which means you get full email support and access to shared calendars and activities.

In-Depth Reporting

Sales managers and their teams of sales people find that in-depth, accurate reporting help them keep track of information at every step of the sales cycle, and reports that illustrate where they go wrong and why potential customers walk away allow them to improve on their sales approaches and develop organizational best practices for future marketing and sales endeavors.

Pipeliner CRM reports include timelines, audits, pipeline velocity, goals, targets, wins and lost opportunities. The Hit-Rate Manager is an analytics tool that lets you create, evaluate and track the performance reports of your sales team. Email reports can also be configured to receive periodical reports about the health of your sales pipeline.

Integrations

Pipeliner CRM integrates with 25+ widely used applications. It supports full two-way synchronization with Google Apps (Gmail, Contacts, Tasks, Calendar, Google+ and Drive), Office 365, MS Office, Dropbox and Box.net. It can also integrate with social media apps like LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter, email marketing tools like [MailChimp] (http://www.getapp.com/mailchimp-application), [Constant Contact] (http://www.getapp.com/email-marketing-from-constant-contact-application), Vertical Response and [Mad Mimi] (http://www.getapp.com/mad-mimi-application), and other tools like [QuickBooks] (http://www.getapp.com/quickbooks-online-edition-application), [Freshdesk] (http://www.getapp.com/freshdesk-application) and Zendesk.

You can even add external web pages like Mapquest, Yahoo! Maps, Dun & Bradstreet, and UPS tracking into Pipeliner CRM for more information (i.e., Dun & Bradstreet provides commercial information and insight on businesses, and Yahoo! Maps can help you get to a contact’s business address) without launching a web browser or another tab.

Pricing

Pipeliner CRM’s pricing methodology is straightforward: a monthly subscription of $30 per user billed annually, with no extra “modules” or add-ons to fret about. Aside from the core features, this price already includes plug-ins, the offline client and mobile CRM app.
