Integration with gsuites lets you sinc calendar, add new contacts based on emails, email features.

Cons

The interactions between the differents modules can be improve, in order to relate the differents entities of the interactions with our customers.

Great support team, always there to assist. Have a good understanding of protocols and procedures

User interface is very easy to use, customisation is relatively simple Workflows are easy to follow/setup.

Cons

Some higher level integrations are not possible at this time Payment integrations etc.

We used vTiger CRM for some of our call center solutions to collect customer information and integrate with the dialer systems.

Pros

It is a solid basic CRM. It provides all of the essentials for capturing customer data and sending it off the the next step in the sales cycle.

Cons

Also, integrating a payment solution may be more work than necessary.

Easy to use environment GUI Easy integration with 3rd party apps for email, calendar, contacts, telephones Always improving products on the cloud version Collaboration with ease workflows across the whole sales process, including post sales

sometimes it freezes after every update there could be a hiccup sometimes sync settings and integrations got lost invasive notifications annoying sounds change of buttons placement tend to confuse after you get used to it

Great CRM... a no brainer implementation for any organization.

Pros

Lots of functionalities, automation of processes via workflows, many modules, fully customizable, the customer support is simply excellent (from live chat on the fly, to one-to-one skype calls with screen sharing and hands-on support)

Cons

the tool allows for the integration of processes for all areas and (best of all) automatization of functions to make all process flow... the issue: number of workflows may be limited and the custom options are not enough.

I can create module from the ground and relate to existing info in the CRM, is very simple to use and have the necessary features that a CRM Tool needs.

Cons

Their mobile app needs to improve and there's no integration with Mac Mail, but they have an integration with Gmail.
