Quick and easy to understand staffing at start of shift to make adjustments as needed. I know from emails before I get to work who has already called off. I can go to reports to make manager notes and time sheet code changes at a later date.
No improvements as of now- I am glad you changed it from having to run a report to see who called out. That saves so much time! Thanks

It's been nice to have the ability to track all Covid-19 cases and exposure when we were in the height of the pandemic.
Easy to customize a last minute communication that needs to go to employees outside of business hours. Especially for those employees that don't have company email.
As an administrator, it is frustrating to have to select all employees before you can search for an employee. Small detail but should be an easy fix for the software designer.

Overall I enjoy the ease of use and features. I like being able to quickly send chats and share files with team members
I like the ability to create different groups abd share files easily. Integration for our organization was pretty seamless

It helped us contact trace when we stopped requiring temperature checks
Setting up and adding employees is very easy. Customer service manages issues in a timely manner and resolved every issue (minor). We use a text message service so employees do not need to upload an app and tracking is easy on my laptop so I do not need to install an app either.
Employees tend to forget or decide to stop answering the text messages. Also, being able to create or print a list of who selected "clear" wasn't easy. "Exporting" a list wasn't always accurate as days blended together in the document.

Absolutely fabulous! We regularly exchange ideas on product capabilities and improvements. The teams is always looking to continue to develop the software into what customers want and need.
The software and the team behind it are easy to use and we have been able to flex and enhance the system as our individual business needs change.
We've only really had issues with the mobile carriers kicking out surveys.
