What is Leadoo?

Leadoo is a marketing software, which helps businesses convert website traffic into online sales and sales leads, and deliver a personalized user-experience to your visitors. The platform enables organizations to store information about visitors’ interests, accessed pages, online interaction, and click history in unique user profiles for future reference.

Leadoo allows businesses to design and deploy a variety of bots such as InpageBot for lead generation, online sales, customer support, job interviews or event registrations, ChatBot for live customer interaction, VisualBot for conducting, polls, surveys, or voting, and CallbackBot to capture customer information. Features include advertising management, custom domains, API access, interactive dashboard, lead nurturing, and more. The solution also includes messaging functionality, which lets marketers engage with prospects via live chat and messaging applications, and handle communications across WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or websites via a centralized portal.

Leadoo provides insights into visitors' behavior and interests, competitors, and online interactions via graphs and analytics, enabling managers to identify customer needs and optimize conversation flows. It also supports integrations with various third-party applications such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, Marketo, and Mailchimp.

What do users say about Leadoo?

There are some usability issues when creating the bots, but they are pretty minor. When moving from Leadoo to Leadoo vol.2 the interface buggies a little bit, but I'm hoping this will not happen after the change from their end has been done completely.
