Most intuitive CRM in the market

We purchased and implemented Pipeliner CRM back in July and I was surprised to see our entire sales team dive deep into the platform without even taking a training session. The platform is so intuitive and visual, that I had a Spanish-speaking team member creating leads, adding accounts, contacts and opportunities as soon as she gained access to our space. We now have a better understanding of all the potential business that’s out there and what part of the sales cycle each open opportunity is in. As the product champion and admin, I haven’t run into any adoption issues either.

Pros

The design of the user interface is very clean and intuitive. The fact that your sales pipeline is very visual, helps you get a better understanding of the opportunities that sit within it. The platform is extremely easy to configure as well.

Cons

At the moment, we haven’t run into any major hiccups. If I could recommend anything to Pipeliner, I would say they need to update their mobile app so that it reflects all of the great visual features in the desktop version.

I RECOMMEND PIPELINER

The relationship between contacts, accounts, related accounts is fantastic and with Pipeliner I can see everything in one place. It is not overwhelming and complex from the start as many other tools are and it is simple to track your sales opportunities, make reports and forecasts. it is really user-friendly and the drag and drop function is really useful. Feeds module help the company to improve team collaboration and social media sync help your sale agents to know better consumer.

really helpful to track your opportunities and close more deals

maybe the price was a little bit hight but now they're doing better

This is the most comprehensive pipeline management tool I have ever used. Having said that it is still very easy to setup and use. There is a great deal of contextual help, and when you need it the support is great.

Pros

One of the side benefits of using Pipleliner is all of the sales content they have, you really don't need any other source, if you are a sales professional, they have a ton of information for you, if you are a sales manager they have a ton of information for you...Visual, Intuitive --- Great Reporting!

The best visual process CRM on the market!!!

Pipeliner is the best visual CRM software that offers a defined process workflow for your sales team. We love the ease of use and intuitiveness. Pipeliner was clearly designed by a salesperson for sales teams. We love the process ease of use so much we are implementing it to manage other systems as well.

Quick & easy customization of fields and forms Email feed integration The new navigator is a fantastic snapshot and the timeline clearly shows whats ahead in the pipe

Cons

While I love it all I would like a few more functionalities such as; email templates for each sales steps along with calendar syncing. I'm sure Pipeliner has that in the works and am excited to check it out!

We use Pipeliner for both customer management ad sales management and analytics. From a sales professionals point of view, the software is very easy to use with color and multiple layouts so they can choose how they would like to see their data.

Pros

1. Simple and aesthetically appealing interface 2. Extensive analytics for sales professionals and all levels of management 3. Multiple pipelines allow for multiple sales processes in one database 4. Quick and knowledgeable support from pre-sales, set-up and tech support (if it is even needed) 5. Secure and stable - complies with EU safe harbor rules

Cons

Pipeliner gives you so many options to see your data, to analyze your data that you need to think strategically and do the customer set-up. Otherwise, one can loose track of time in the amount of data you can analyze.

There's nothing else like it. You will literally have to see this sales tool to believe it!

Sales Insights * Guided Selling using YOUR sales methodology / sales process * Multiple Sales Pipelines, sales processes, sales workflows, * Flexible Sales Organization, Territory, and Security structure * Outstanding Forecasting, Dashboards, and Reporting Way too much to mention, and there is no way to describe it with words. Invest 1 hour of your time to attend a webinar or a personal demo. That's the best, fastest, and easiest way to really grasp what using this CRM software can do to increase sales performance to grow revenue.

Cons

Trial system contains no sample data. Therefore, I recommend signing up for a webinar or requesting a personal demo first. After you see what Pipeliner CRM can do and how it works then sign up for a free trial. You can set up the trial system with your own data and your sales process, which you can convert into a live production system by activating the trial. Attending a webinar or demo before I started my trial would have given me a huge head start with my free trial when I first signed up.

Great Investment

Great use for pipeline development. I use this as a Government Contractor to identify and win new business and keep track of potential customers. There are so many beneficial features to speak of, you have to try it to understand.

Pros

Easy to use once you get the hang of it. Can be accessed on or offline. Dashboards can be modified to tailor use to fit the business development or sales structure of the organization.

Cons

Requires training to get set up and use to its full potential to get the most benefit.

Best CRM for B4BtoC business

As a small innovative company we were looking for a simple effective CRM to manage our B4BtoC sales. We used before big name tool, but it was too expensive and we needed al the time for a personnalisation of a screen to call the supplier.

Cons

No mail automatisation solution, the princing tool doesn't allow to make mathematical formulas.

Fantastic solution to have a clear view at any moment of the sales situation of your team. No need to ask your team to "prepare report", you can have any report you need, at 1 click. Meeting are now focused on action, not on "reporting". In future companies without CRM will not exist. It is a real tool which any company need. Even a 1 person company will improve productivity with PipeLiner.

Pros

Very easy tu use and configure. Fantastic ressources. No other CRM is so visual. Powerfull.

Cons

Phone call intengration, but it looks like they are working on it.

The future of CRM

Forget traditional CRM, they only track sales history but does not tell you how to move your opportunity forward to a closing. Pipeliner CRM does! I use it to help me plan activities and make sure I do those activities needed to bring my opportunities to a closing. It is very visual and makes it very easy to have control of the total sales situation from minute to minute. It is also quite easy to tailor the sales process to meet your special needs. I have tried a lot of CRM's through my 25-30 years in sales, but Pipeliner CRM is simply the best!

Pros

Easy to use. Easy to learn. Great graphics. Makes you focus on your sales tasks and not your reporting. Gives you more time to focus on clients. Many plugins to other software like MailChimp, Microsoft Outlook and others. It is more a SALES TOOL than a traditional CRM.

Cons

Should have possibilties for sending standard response mails and direct mailing, even though it connects with many other systems by using open API.

I'm using pipeliner to follow up on leads and opportunities with existing and new customers. We have used many crm apps in the past but none is so easy to use as pipeliner. We use multiple sales funnels because some pipelines can be complex. We even set-up an after-sales funnel. Reporting is so easy to use.

on our macs it does not integrate with outlook the mobile app is rather limited

Fantastic sales management software!!!

We have been using Pipeliner for a couple of months now and it is light years ahead of the competition. It is incredibly easy to use, all of our sales team has adopted it and I have a better understanding of our sales pipeline that ever before. As a company that is experiencing rapid growth Pipeliner is a critical part of our management infrastructure. Our sales ops guys have received outstanding support on any issues that we have had and as a company that sells cloud software and professional services it is refreshing to see how well this company is managed. I am actually really excited to attend our weekly sales reviews as they are now focused on action not reporting!!! If you are a company of any size and dropping tons of money on expensive CRM tools and not seeing the results, Pipeliner CRM is for you!!

Pros

Ease of use, visual interface, & widespread sales personnel adoption, great response times for any issue.

Cons

Some small administration issues. Nothing major and most of what we have given feedback on is already on the product roadmap for the next release.

Managing the Sales Pipeline visually

We have used the software internally and we also now recommend to others, as a cloud based system, this is now our preferred option for sales and marketing teams. Having recently taken on new staff, who had not been exposed to CRM before it was refreshing to see how quick that can pick up running with the system and for us more important was that instant awareness and reminder of their purpose, i.e. how they need to attain their target.

Pros

Very easy to use and many clients are up and running themselves with little input from ourselves, but also Pipeliner CRM Support team have been very good and patient in resolving questions, often pointing us to the easy to understand video tutorials to complement what they have said. The chat function is a great and quick way to engage with support direct. Having seen the new 'Insights' functionality on a recent webinar, this is the next item we want to explore and start to use to give a deeper understanding of how different sales people are performing, not just on sales.

Cons

Having spent now nearly 20 years working with CRM systems, my view is there is no such thing as a perfect system and that clients will always want more functionality and this applies across all systems. The functionality is usually there, but may need to be pulled out. For Pipeliner CRM, the only real difficult I have had to learn is the data import functionality does need to be thought about and understood. Having said that, this is usually sorted in the initial set-up by accredited external consultants or trained system administrators....so maybe it is me and I just need to spend a bit more time on this...

Salespeople are a rare breed. They love meeting and/or talking to customers all the time. For them, productivity is measured in terms of number of deals closed every month. The Best

I've worked with dozens of CRM systems, Pipeliner is hands down the best. I use it one a daily basis and it does everything I need it to with ease and speed.

Pros

Available as an app, easy to use, pairs with many web services and it is quick.

Cons

None come to mind at the moment. The system isn't perfect, but it's close to it.

Pipeliner provides all the features every seller and sales manager needs and can use. The entire system is designed with the user in mind; from compelling graphics to ease of customization and access to multiple performance analytics.

Pros

Online and offline accessibility on multiple devices, Inviting and intuitive GUI, automatic synchronization local to cloud, ability to add images and documents, social media access, multiple dashboards and pipelines, content-rich tutorials and user guides - and super responsive customer support.

Cons

Myriad of options, pull downs and filters take some time to master.

Easy to use and good customer support!

I use Pipeliner to manage my sales and partner channel pipeline. I have used many other CRM's in the past and I feel Pipeliner is just as easy to use or even easier and has all the functionality of the larger players.

I have been very impressed with the Pipeliner customer support. They have been very responsive when I have questions and have good follow up. They truly seem to care.

Finally a CRM that delivers results

Over my 20+ year career in sales I've experienced a wide selection of CRM's. Some have been better to use than others but I can't say that any one of them has been a huge help to me either as a sales professional on the front line or as a sales leader looking for insights. Typically they've been overly complex and cumbersome. Something you tolerate rather than enjoy or get any value from. That's all changed with Pipeliner CRM. I love it. These guys truly understand what sales is all about and they've built something that helps rather than hinders. Finally a CRM that delivers results.

Pros

Although its not a specific feature a major 'Wow' factor is the visualisation philosophy behind the whole platform. You can see everything you need to see on one screen. Everything just looks fantastic. The main pipeline view shows you exactly where all of your opportunities are instantly and I love that you can drag and drop opportunities from one stage to the next. You can also see where you are in relation to your quota on the same screen and take the action you need to progress. I particularly love the 'Buying Center'. You have to see it to believe it but relationship mapping is a major challenge for most who have longer term, complex pursuits with multiple stakeholders. The Buying Center makes it easy to keep track of and manage everyone involved in an opportunity, even if they don't work for that company. There are so many awesome features but that one alone saves so much time and effort and delivers tremendous value.

Got the CRM Model Right

We tried quite a few CRM apps before selecting Pipeliner including Salesforce. The bottom-line is that Pipeliner is the best combination of functionality, usability and value available in the market. We were looking for an app that could handle three key major feature categories account/relationship modeling, visual pipeline display and marketing application integration. It seems like a simple set of requirements, but we found it amazingly hard to get all of these things working well in most packages. When you add cost into the picture the competition narrowed very quickly.

Pros

Flexibility in modeling the account and contact relationships. Ability to setup bi-directional interfaces with marketing automation apps. Ability to visually display and manage sales process through the pipeline view.

Cons

3rd party add-on required for bi-directional integrations, but with that said the add-on offers significantly more functionality while still having a lower cost than the next best alternative.

Awesome CRM that is making life so much easier.

It's Simple - Pipeliner rocks. Our business doubled the very first month we put pipeliner to use! Every deal is now kept up with which allows my sales guys to flow seamlessly through each step of the closing process. The best part is - we haven't even released this thing to its full potential! Again - I definitely recommend.

When I founded my startup, I was in need of a sales focused CRM that provided a good view of the information flow. After an extensive research, Pipeliner CRM came on top as the sales and marketing software that provided an interactive view where i can keep track of the sales funnel in a way that is dynamic and organised. I recommend Pipeliner CRM to all sales and marketing professionals. Pipeliner has helped and guided our sales process immensely. We've narrowed down bottle necks and really improved our sales process. We now know when potential new clients are dropping off so we can better focus on steps more important to the client's integration experience.
