After having tried so many different CRMs over the years, I've found Salesflare to hit a sweet spot in terms of functionality and usability. It's a CRM that I actually enjoy using!

Sales operational issues. There was too little time for too many administrative tasks, which left us with less time for actual customer dialogue. Needless to say we had less sales than we could have. Salesflare changed that.

Hey! I see you're liking Salesflare and gave us 3 stars just for the lack of IFTTT integration. Our customers usually use Zapier or Integromat, which do the same, but more for business instead of consumer use. I hope that helps you to have a 5 star experience!

Really happy with the overall Salesflare experience. I currently use a couple of different CRM tools for various reasons but see myself using Salesflare as my go-to main CRM.

Salesflare is fulfilling all our needs for managing multiple businesses and multiple pipelines with each business. Their customer service is quick and responsive. Initially, I had a couple of challenges utilizing the features fully but their team was there to support me and exceeded expectations.

Hey Damian! Glad you're enjoying Salesflare. You can customize the stage probabilities in "Settings > Configure pipelines" and if you like individual probabilities per opportunity it's in "Settings > Customize fields". Shout if there's anything else!

Salesflare support is quick and efficient.  They reply back to questions within hours or even minutes, and the online help is fairly complete.  The software is something I use every day.

I've used a few CRM's and most of them you need a month of study and  Youtube searches just to get stuck. Not with Salesflare, no these guys knew what a CRM should be and do and then they made it idiot proof for simpletons like me to get on top of my pipeline everyday.

Salesflare is a very decent and functional CRM that is amazing and will meet most people's needs.

The tape that holds my connections together.

It saves me a lot of time, keep track of email openings, that way I know when a lead or customer sees my emails, also, I can see when they go to my website, which is great.

The pipelines are really visual and customizable so it should work for any kind of business.

It integrates well with IMAP, Outlook, Gmail and others, so you can track your communications in almost every email account.

Fast, easy and reliable. It does what it says really well with a really nice UI.

Salesflare really helped me to sell more!!!

Miguel D.:                                             My name is Miguel. I'm the sales manager for Latin America. We are selling luggage to many countries, and I give Salesflare five out of five. Before Salesflare, we were mainly doing the CRM with Excel or Google Sheets. Sometimes we use tools like HubSpot, but this was all very basic or too complex for what we needed. That's why we explored Salesflare and it became the best option for us. We chose Salesflare because we read very, very good reviews about it. Also, we join Zoom because the founder is really active. He's everywhere and he called very often, Zooms or video calls to show how to use a product and that give us a lot of confidence. Also, after we know the tool, we go there and we have a try and it's really easy to use.
                                                       This is the most important thing for us. It's very easy. It has so many tools, but it's still relatively easy to use. And getting started was really easy because the dashboard is simple. You just start. They have a shortcut button, so you can just click and start adding with your company, your contacts. It will synchronize you with your email, your calendar, so probably in couple of hours most of your information is already there and you can start checking the funnel for your sales. We are considering Salesflare. My advice will be that you join one of these webinars or Zooms or vehicles that the founder is holding often, so you can ask anything. You also should explore the tool because I think they have a free trial and it's a really good tool for small, medium business entrepreneurs, so it is really good option.
