Information should flow between CRM and Campaigns - bringing lead/contact information in for creating marketing campaingns, then being able to see interactions for each lead/contact. The first part used to be much better, where you could build your query in CRM, then bring it in, but Zoho recently changed it. Still works, but more challenging. It is better on the other end, as you can see any emails sent out and actions taken when viewing records in CRM.

Leads nurturing and warm-up process is done here so that our sales team can convert them easily.
