How the software handled adding products that will be charged for. Initially the products were listed in the order added with no ability to change the order or logically group products.

The software is pretty user intuitive. The training staff & support team is extremely attentive and helpful.

I needed a new platform for our business as we were expanding. Now we use the software to book for classes, personal training, massage, physical therapy, facials etc. We also run a 24/7 gym using this software to sell and manage it and use Kisi (integrated with exercise.com) for door access.

A software that does everything

Very positive. Simple in the best way for creating programs and letting athletes see and complete workouts.

Overall, I give Exercise.com 5/5 stars because of the quality of the product + the support team. Doing a custom app is daunting, but they make sure you get the support you need to build out something special and unique to you and your business.

A Review of Exercise.com’s Comprehensive Tools

It has been an ongoing struggle with trying to implement everything exercise.com has to offer. We were told onboarding would take up to 60 days. We have been at it for 6 months and I feel like there is so much more left to use. I wish there was a way for us to pay someone, that was dedicated to our site to set everything up for us. We are trainers, not computer programmers. Thank goodness for [sensitive content hidden], but she has multiple customers to help as well.

Great experience. I am new to the platform and still am testing things out. The team is great. Platform seems very functional and user friendly (once you get used to it). The tech support and your account manager are with you every step of the way. It made a huge difference.

Exercise.com Review: Exercise.com was a Game Changer!

Mike:                                                  Mike, owner of Glory Combat Sports & Fitness in Tucson, Arizona. A little about our company, we are a startup company. I'm the founder with my wife and we'll be servicing two to 300 members and with the coaching team of about 10 employees doing Muay Thai, kickboxing, grappling, kids combat sports, strength and conditioning and boxing and Exercise.com has been great. I give them a rating out five stars, I give them a five. Being a founder of our startup company here, we were looking for a great software to use that really covered POS systems, calendars. Member communication is something that's very important to us. Member profiles, reporting, essentially we wanted a all-in-one software for our business and I have used other ones in the past being an upper management of companies such as Club OS, we had used DataTrak, I had used Trainerize myself, and we were looking at some other companies like Mindbody. And really after diligent research, after a few months talking with different reps, looking at what we'd used and what we'd done before, we felt that Exercise.com was the best value for what we were looking for.
                                                       Some of the features that really led us to making the final decision was, I'll just say first off, their team is amazing. I think that the team, the customer service is a reflection of the business and I met with several companies and all were great, but I really felt like the sales team and then the software team with Exercise.com was super relational. They were very detailed, they were not salesy, they just presented what the value was and then the value was great. We got so much and price point, especially for any business in overhead is important and their price point was amazing for what we would get in comparison to some other companies. And of course, again, just the business side of having reporting, having the member database, being able to communicate with them, doing the schedules, app integration, the POS system, all these things really together led us to making that decision.
                                                       Yeah, overall, after using many different systems for years, I feel like it was a pretty easy onboarding. They set you up with a rep, your team person, your go-to for the software and also for the app. So you have communication with them. They're very responsive in terms of getting back to you, forwarding information of sitting down and reviewing the systems with you and just continuing to be there by your side in the onboarding to make sure that you know exactly what needs to be done in a timely fashion.
                                                       First advice I would do is just for your own peace of mind, do a comparison. I did that, I put a lot of software systems side by side, I met with different people, and in the end I feel like we would go back to Exercise.com again. We know it was a good decision. I'd also met with other company owners that were using software. I actually talked to quite a few people that I know using different softwares and so I would say I'd advise you to talk to other owners and see what they like about ones that are not Exercise.com but similar, and then anyone who is Exercise.com and obviously in these reviews that we will continue to use them.

Before switching to Exercise.com, my company used the Mindbody software, which we found a little bit difficult to use and a little bit pricey. The reason we chose to switch to Exercise.com was to manage both of our locations efficiently with an easy to use software package that would accomplish all of our goals. Switching the Exercise.com was painless as their support staff was great helping me get everything set up when I first made the switch. They also continued to provide support throughout my time with them. I would recommend others switch to Exercise.com who are in the fitness industry looking for an all-in-one solution that is easy to use. In my past experience, I've found other softwares a little bit difficult to navigate and my front desk staff really appreciated the user-friendliness of this application.
