I dramatically improved my conversion rate for my radio customer acquisition campaigns.

Pros

Auto-responders - folks that text your short-code can be automatically enrolled in a marketing drip campaign or an ongoing content marketing campaign.

Cons

You have to skim through the page looking for the list that you want No "duplicate" feature - When trying to recreate an autoresponder campaign, you have to enter ever message in one at a time, which is time-consuming. A/B Testing - This is more of a WISH than a CON since I don't think any service offers this - would be great if they would let users A/B test different text messages to see which ones produced more engagement - like email subject line tests.

Cons

Starting the Subscribers list - wanted to 'add a contact' but you needed to make a list first, then add a contact.

Easy to send out campaigns.

Pros

Pros are that it is easy to send out campaigns. It's easy for customers to sign up.

Cons

You have to keep a close eye on your plan as customers sign up so you don't go over the limit as each text sent when you go over your limit is pricey (would really add up if you had a lot of subscribers).

The creativity of our Marketing Team has yet to come up with an idea they would like to use text Marketing Software for that SimpleTexting has not been able to accommodate, simply and beautifully!

It makes SMS and shortcodes easy to use and manage.

Cons

The limitations on imports. I still love how quick and easy it is to communicate with customer support so they can increase the limits on our imports but we churn out hot leads fast and it becomes a daily (and possibly tedious future task). we understand the implications of needed consents, but hopefully it can be automated in the future.

Managed to get a group of people to volunteer for something.

Pros

Your customer service - excellent. Also the products works well :) I do prefer the current theme as the new one seemed unstable to me.

Cons

I also wish I had an app on my phone that I can use instead of having to use a PC, at least review responses. Also reports would be nice.
