Happy using surveymonkey, once I prepared office Christmas party and I used it to create a voting platform to present funny awards to the employees.

I love survey monkey I feel this is one of the best survey software out there. The setup process is very fast and seamless.

One of the Best Budget and User-Friendly Survey Applications

Overall, survey monkey, has a TON of very valuable uses and is generally user friednly for all levels of experience both on the user side as well as with those developing and deploying their products. The features that allow for real-time data collection with the ability to report that data live, have been crucial in my workplace. I hope these in-the-moment capabilities will continue to increase the ability of all workers, to hold those in power accountable, as well as allow for the demand of responsiveness at the time those responses are needed. :)

                                                       Prior to SurveyMonkey, I was using just simple Google Docs and Forms, but it was just too simple and didn't allow us to analyze the data and look as professional as we can with the SurveyMonkey one. SurveyMonkey definitely gives us a little bit more in detail what we are looking for when we are growing our company.
                                                       I chose SurveyMonkey so we could look into our ideal clients and prospects, how we can better serve them. It really allows us to step into a new market and analyze what our clients are looking for, what has been the feedback for our products and services, and how we can really improve our products.
                                                       When I got started with SurveyMonkey, it was relatively easy because it really didn't require any sort of tech knowledge. They have all these simple tutorials, and pretty much anybody can do that. It's really simple to set it up and just go and get it up and running.
                                                       If you are looking to grow your client base, provide better customer service, I highly recommend you check out SurveyMonkey because that really helps us to analyze customers and the feedback and implement new strategies to your business.

Kristi:                                                My name is Kristi. I have used SurveyMonkey in my work as a freelancer and have used it, so I'm the sole person in the organization and have used SurveyMonkey several times and would give that a solid 5 rating.
                                                       Prior to leveraging SurveyMonkey, we had used things like Google Surveys and Google Forms in order to piece together surveys and had used some proprietary internal tools that we developed, definitely were not as turnkey as SurveyMonkey.
                                                       We chose SurveyMonkey to use for a few of our projects with our clients. One, the cost is definitely a huge factor. There are some free options. There are some sort of slight upgrades as you go along and add additional contacts. So definitely is scalable, which is something that we were looking for. Ease of use. It's really easy to build surveys within the tool. There's a lot of opportunity to be able to do different branches of surveys, so there were a lot of features that were super easy to use, which we liked a lot because we're not professional survey builders.
                                                       It was incredibly easy to get started with SurveyMonkey. It was pretty turnkey. They sort of walked you through everything that you needed to do in terms of getting things set up, which plans were best for you, number of contacts, uploading those. So there are a lot of really great features.
                                                       If you're considering getting SurveyMonkey, I would definitely set up a free account. You can go around, you can poke around within the platform, find out what's out there in terms of options and things that you can use for your own purposes prior to uploading your contacts. Definitely do this step before you do upload your contacts. Again, there's some limitations and restrictions for the free account, so if you're looking just to browse around and find things on that and keep it low cost, definitely hold off on uploading your contacts and just create that free account to be able to take a look at the dashboard and the features of the platform.
