A unified data layer synchronizes knowledge sources in real time from documents, cloud storage systems, help desk platforms and live business data originating from customer relationship management, enterprise resource planning and order management systems to support accurate responses and recommended actions. Real-time insight capabilities surface patterns, risks and improvement opportunities from customer interactions while quality checks maintain performance and resolution standards. Enterprise features include built-in authentication with single sign-on, system for cross-domain identity management, audit logging, sub-organization support, customizable permission layers and options for cloud-native or virtual private cloud deployments to align with infrastructure and compliance requirements.
